XYZ prototrak (run time error r6002) HELP!

Hi Guys, i am getting a "run time error r6002" error when i try and load a cam program into my xyz proturn, i have tried 3 different floppy disks, i have tried hacking / changing program to see if it would work but nothing seems to be helping.

When the error comes up after i "retrieve cam" program, the screen freezes and buttons dont work, nor does the machine handwheels etc etc 

any advice would help 🙂

forgot to add i am using the prototrack turning post processor,

Have you reached out to ProtoTRAK to determine what this error means and what could be the cause of it, on the machine side of things?
