Wrong g-code

Hi.

Project attached. 

In a model, there is a hole of 1 mm depth. While looking at a generated g-code, it starts cutting at Z1.5 down to Z-0.5. IMO it should start from Z0 down to Z-1. Is there something wrong with project settings maybe?

So answering my own question: 

1. Disable flat area detection

2. Reduce ramp clearance height to minimum
