wrap engraving haas post processor leaving out feed rates

First i am a novice and teaching myself for the last year.

I am trying to engrave a logo on a cylinder on my haas tm1p with a 4th axis rotary.  i already got it working using haas's g107 code to wrap it around the cylinder but it takes forever to engrave 38 minutes.  so i finally found the right videos about wrapping text around a cylinder and i used that info to wrap my logo around my cylinder it runs in simulator in fusion just fine.  So i used the haas next gen post processor and posted my code.  Loaded it in the machine and ran in graphics mode.  it got to a line and said missing feed rate the highlighted line

not knowing what was going on i just put my 10ipm feed rate in and tried again and it stopped again then i figured out that it was every time it lifted the tool at f400 feed rate.

is there a different post processor i tried 3 from fusion that they had for haas. i also read a post where a guy was having the similar issue with his tormach set up but i didn't know if the fix for his post processor would work for me i have not tried messing with anything in any of the post processors.  also attached is the code generated with out certain feed rates.

here is a shot of what i am trying to engrave i have turned off tcpc because i don't have that option on my mill.

here are my post processor settings

any help will be greatly appreciated.  being the type i am i did get it to work by just going through the whole thing on the machine and putting a feed rate every time it stopped but that took hours and there has to be a way to fix it. thanks in advance

It would be much more helpful if you could attach file by going File>Export>*.f3D and attaching in reply.
