Will not gen tool path

Hey, guys, I have an issue with some geometry that will not generate tool path on.  As you can see in the screenshots the selection of the letters go beyond the edges of the letters.  Pretty sure its because there is an issue with the geometry maybe an open edge or something? I have selected and tried both the edges and the bottom surface as my tool path boundary.   Im not sure how to resolve it.  I have regenerated the geometry in Rhino but with the same results.  The original CAD was done in Rhino and imported into Fusion.  All the other pockets/letters generated toolpath as expected.  I have had this problem before with other files. How do I resolve it?

Can you post the model there is a bug that looks like that with the toolpath selection?  To do this Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post, if you can not post the file you can PM it to me or say in your next post you can not post the file and one of the Guys that do NDA work will help.

Here is the file, please note that the letters that are giving me problems are the D,G and the 2nd S in the word designs.  Also, note that the 2D adaptive is not what I ended up using not really the right tool path for this I ended up going with a 2D pocket which was less troublesome with geometry issues and was able to get the tool path I needed.  I still really would like to know why those areas were problematic as I have had this issue before on another file.

Any input you guys can give regarding bad surfaces, making for problems please let me know.

It is not the bug I was guessing it could be it looks like a graphics error.

Your second to the last adaptive toolpath the tool just does not fit into all of the letters with the settings you have set changing the helical ramp diameter to.025 it works fine.

from this, the toolpath is fine as you can see below

When you are not sure about what you are seeing run the Gcode through a program like this one it will show what the toolpath is doing https://ncviewer.com/
