Why is this operation showing negative stock?

For the life of me I cant figure out what I am doing wrong here. Under Setup2, when simulating  the facing operation it shows negative stock.

I must be doing something wrong, or misunderstanding something?

You have the vise from your previous setup selected as the model here...

Below shows the correct selection and sim.
