Why Fusion 360 can't make programs without cuts?

I’ve been trying to work with Fusion 360 for a whole year and there is always the same problem - the Fusion 360 makes cuts during rest machining.

This problem appears 1-2 times per a month, but not always I manage to notice it and I have to throw out the some parts.

So - why Fusion 360 can't make programs without cuts?

This problem is constantly present for a whole year and no one is going to fix it.

That's certainly not a desirable result. Can you share your a360 link to it? If you don't want to post it publicly, email it to me at: seth dot madore at autodesk.com

I believe this is being caused by your extra 100mm offset on your geometry tab. Removing that value gives us a toolpath that doesn't gouge.

I will note that the gouge DOES show up in the simulation, especially in "Standard" sim quality. I tend to avoid the "Fast-3 axis" because it does a very poor job of representing what's actually going to be the resulting part.
