When switching lathe tool insert to inch from metric, speeds and feeds get crazy!

When switching a lathe tool insert to inch from metric (started with the sample tools), the speeds and feeds get very large if you don't choose the option to update the speeds and feeds.  To me they shouldn't change if you don't update them.  Screencast doesn't cooperate well with me, but I added a video to the attached files.

Thanks for reporting this. I agree that the feeds & speeds shouldn't change if you click 'no' on that prompt.

I've created a ticket (internal ID CAM-34497), and we'll look to address this as soon as we can.
