What does the fillets option/checkbox do?

I see in several operations there is a fillets check box. What does this do for such things like 3d contour and scallopas seen in my pic below? Thanks.

Hi @sendithard ,

If you tick that box you'll be able to specify a fillet radius that will be applied to internal corners to avoid sharp changes of direction in finishing toolpaths.

To help you visualize the difference, see the images below (Parallel toolpath, 2mm Stepover):
