good morning everyone. im going to run this file in my cnc router and I have a question. I want to cut these rounded edges and the full body out of my stock and was wondering If I could do that with one bit. I was thinking the ball end mill? these are only a quarter inch tall. I would like to leave tabs. is this the best bit or is there another safer/more efficient method I could use? thanks for your time. JC
what bits and method to cut bevel and shape out?
You could do it with a ball endmill, but you will have to cut into your spoilboard at least the radius of the ball nose tool.
From the pic, it appears that this part is dished, or is that an optical illusion?
