Chamfer toolpath: As soon as I specify a horizontal lead value I get this and my toolpath no longer generates:

Chamfer width/clearance are both at 0 like the warning tells me to do:

Vertical leads are no issue.

I just had a look at the file you sent me. When working with modeled chamfers (and using the Chamfer toolpath), it is best practice to select the top edge of the chamfer, set your Chamfer size to zero and then you should be free to specify whichever lead-in/out values you prefer:

Obviously, (i.m.o.) absolute best practice is to not have edge breaks modeled on the parts and then you're not faced with any limitations (within reason)
