Wanting to modify the Post on my Mazak VTC-20

I would like to use the Multiple WPC Offsets in the Setup Window. The Machine does recognize the format Fusion produces. I need to have it use the Standard G54,G55,G56, etc...  It currently used the Extended Format, (ie G54.1 P1.)

Can I change this in the post?

Thanks in advance for your help

What number are your entering in here?

alaasW8M6T_0-1699390087425.png

1=G54

2=G55

3=G56 etc

once you get past 6 = G59

then it will switch to the extended format

WCS Offset.PNG

This is the options it gives me. The offset Increment is the distance between the vises I have setup. I can change the STD to Extended, but machine doesn't know what to do with the input..

The offset increment isn't the distance between vices(or any physical measurement), its how many WCS increments from your current WCS

so what you have there is G54 for the first offset, then you are adding + 19 to G54 which gives G54.1P12 or something.

If you want your second instance to be on G55 your WCS offset increment is going to be 1(G54+1=G55)

If you wanted to use G56 it would be 2 (G54+2=G56)

Hope that makes sense
