Update assembly for fusion by inventor

Hello,

since this morning I have been experiencing this issue. I updated a part file in Inventor that is assembled in two different assemblies within the same project. I click "update and open" on the first assembly, and the entire CAD/CAM program in Fusion updates smoothly. However, when I go to "update and open" the second assembly, an error pops up as if I don't have the permissions. I am the only user of the program, and I am the sole administrator. How can I resolve this? This is the error message that appears.
