Unable to Tilt Z on X Axis for Rotary Table - Tool Orientation Problem

Hello,

I'm trying to 3D adaptive rough my part on my rotary table.  I've done this before, but it's not working now.

 Rotary table is on X axis.  Spindle is on Z.  I need to Tilt Z around X, but it is not working.  It will only let me Tilt around Y.

Your image doesn`t show what you have selected for the X axis so difficult to diagnose.

Best to upload a file if it is not a propriety design.

Go to :-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach to your next reply.

I cannot share the file.  I was able to get it working, although it doesn't really make sense.

From the construction plane in the screenshot, I created a perpendicular line (another way to select the same Z orientation).   In the Setup, if I select the line, and in the Toolpath, I select the plane for Z, then it works.   But if I select either the plane or the line in both the setup and the toolpath, it does not work.  I can't select the same feature, nor can I set the Toolpath to use Setup WCS.
