I have not been able to log into fusion at all today. Contacted customer support, cleared my cache, uninstalled, reinstalled and still not able to log in. this software worked yesterday why does it not work today?
I fixed it. I had navigated to the wrong %appdata% folder and had in doing so missed on file that needed to be deleted. All is well now, I have started and signed into Fusion multiple times.
