two 2D Setups for drilling and milling components

I'm using a Laguna SmartShop 2 with a tool holder for eight routers. Where do I assign two tool positions to select the 1/8" for drilling holes and 1/4" for milling contours?

I have two Setups for two toolpaths: 2D contour and Drill but I don't know if I have to edit the G-code or Post Process to assign tool positions in the tool holder.

On your machine, is each tool pocket assigned its own number? If so, just go into your active document tool library and assign those same numbers to your Fusion file
