Turning tool not grooving

Grooving is set to allow so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

- Time Magazine’s Person of the Year 2006
- Apple M1 Max rMBP A2485 // Latest MacOS // Latest Fusion
- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

I'm getting the same issue with a finishing turning profile. File attached.

It might have something to do with your insert and holder setup. I ran with my tool and it seemed to work fine, Attached a file.
