Trouble running gcode

I have created a model of an electric guitar. Made tool paths and tried running the gCode on my desktop cnc. Its been a very steep learning curve. BUT I am at the point where I am getting lots of varied results from my G Code. One bit of code doesn’t match up with another bit of the design it should match up with. On occasion there will be a jump in the cutting of the path and not a small jump a couple of millimetres half way through. I can’t really see the rhyme or reason. Looking at the visualisatin of the gcode it all looks as its designed. I use Easel - is that my problem? Is it a dud desktop router? Its summer and my shed gets hot is my router getting too hot and freaking out. Have I used the wrong kind of tool paths ie 2DAdaptive Clearing when I should have used a 2DPocket. Its all a mystery. All I can say is I am glad I had lots of old oregon to do my practicing on!

Here is my Fusion 360 file if anyone wants to look at it and offer some help!!!

Do you have any photos of the machined part that shows these flaws?
What exactly is your desktop CNC?

Okay, the BlueCarve appears to be a light duty machine (nothing wrong with that), you may need to reduce your Optimal Load on your Adaptive toolpaths. You have it set to 2.4mm, which is almost 50% of the tool diameter. I'd suggest no more than 25-30% stepover.

At what point in the program did you notice these errors, I don't recall you mentioning that in your first post
