Trouble cutting simple shapes after updating fusion

I have a simple 48in circle I am trying to cut out, however I am getting many error messages. I have cut out simple shapes like this thousands of times over the past years, and ever since I updated fusion it is no longer working. Any Idea what is going on  here? See attached file.

I'm not seeing any error in the toolpath:

Are you seeing this in your Fusion, or is this when you post process the file?ā€ƒ

Hmm weird, In my fusion it is giving me multiple "shaft collides with stock errors". Also, when I post process over to my machine I get a different error saying "Radius at start is differrent from radius at end".

Oh, you didn't mention that this issue was showing up in Simulation. The length of flute is less than the thickness of your part.

What post processor are you using?

I have a Hendrick HLD-510 machine, with OSAI controller.

Changing the flute length of the bit solved the simulation error!

Once loaded into my machine though, I am still receiving the radius error.

Attached is my post.
