Toolpath simulation collision detection issues

1: If I hit the "Go to next operation" button or the "go to end of toolpath" button the tool pauses when a collision is detected because I have "stop on collision" checked off. BUT if I play the simulation the tool never stops it just turns red:

2: Not sure why any collision is being detected in the first place. It's a drilling operation. The tool should be plunging into material.

3: The tool only turns red when it gets to final depth and starts retracting out.

4: Collision only detected on the first hole.

That is certainly bizarre, I can replicate this on PC. I've opened up CAM-50555 to investigate this issue.

I've also been having these "ghost" or false collisions, where it won't actually stop the simulation, and running the program yields no visible rubbing etc

Problem is magnified when using Part Alignment, something about how its adjusting for part alignment makes Machine Simulation having X & Y axis movement when drilling, but at the machine clearly a G81 cycle and no X & Y axis movements. Shows drilling "collisions" on any Part Alignment I've done, and we are talking thousands of parts

FWIW, it does look like we've solved this issue in our internal builds.
