Toolpath precision after changing tool problem

I'm using a roughing strategy, a Contour finishing strategy with a big mill and a Contour strategy with a smaller mill to clear the cusps that the big one couldn't.

When the small mill comes to clear the cusps it leaves some marks on the material. Seems to be a precision issue. It goes in the material like it doesn't know it's so long or wide...

The tools are measured and the parameters are correct in the tools list.

Can it be that the H3 code that compensates tool length after changing the tool, doesn't work properly?

I've attached the file.

Sorry. It's on setups P1, P2 and P3. 3rd toolpath.

There is nothing obvious stick out in the toolpath, you could increase the tolerances to see if this helps.

Have you double-checked the sizing of the cutter?

Have you rerun the last toolpath of 3 to see if it is deflection?

@daniel_lyall , Yes i double checked the size of the cutter.

I'll try to increase the tolerance, but what i suspect is that the machine when i measure the tool it doesn't give the correct tool length, because i calibrated the machine recently and i edited the controller in this sense.

So maybe it thinks the tool is shorter than it actually is. But, even if the machine gives the wrong tool length, the difference between tool lengths should mater. The controller only compensates the length difference?

Am i right?

I will calibrate it again to make sure it gives the correct tool length and see if i still get this problem.

Yes definitely double-check the machine, something else to try run it again on a bit of scrap but run the smaller tool with rest machining off or using a different toolpath.

Basically each part that makes up the whole thing needs to be checked off one by one.
