Toolpath is not Continuous

Hello,

We have a Biesse CNC unit, and it has been giving this error.

Line 2

Geometry is composed of elements which are not continuous.

This is the picture of the program

It is a simple parallel operation without any errors.

We also tried exporting the tool paths in dxf and we have the toolpath is a different axis

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Could you share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Okay, so you're seeing this at the control and not in Fusion.

Hmm..

I know absolutely nothing about the Biesse control and what it's looking for. I'll have to do some investigation..

Have you been succesful in producing any other programs with Fusion?

Which exact post processor are you using? (there are 2 Biesse posts)

Yes, we have been using the same processor for all our projects and have never seen the error.
