Ah, you mean (in Setup 1) that you want it to start at X- instead of X+. The software defaults to a climb style move if you select 'Both Ways' in the Passes tab. I don't think there's any good way to force the tool to start from a specific corner, although you could change your passes to 90° and toggle the "From Other Side" box and it'll start where you want it, but will do short passes along Y instead of long passes along X.
