Tool selection Shuts down Fusion

Every time we select a tool from tool library Fusion shuts down. This has been happening every day to myself and four co-workers, After 4-5 total computer reboots it seems to come back....we are losing a lot of production time due to this issue.

Also lose post processor settings.

Is this with one specific file, or happening across every file? What are your (and your co-worker) computer specs? (OS, up to date on all drivers, Fusion etc)

It happens on any model uploaded to Fusion, It also happens just selecting manage tool library in manufacturing.

3 desk tops are I-7 3820 3.6GHZ 16g of ram

1 desk top is  I-5 10400F 2.9GHZ 16g of ram

All windows 10 pro

Fusion version 2.0.12160

Could I get the Diagnostic Log files from your computer?

 

Is this a "crash to desktop", or does it just freeze? Is there any crash reporting?

@mbulgerDHJU5 Is this happening on a specific tool? i.e are you using a cloud library and selecting specific tools or library's that cause the crash?

If you can supply a copy of the tool/tool library and a screen share of it occurring

that would be great.

Here is the diagnostic file.....it completely boots you out of fusion, with no crash reporting
