Tool orientation problem

Hello, 

I am doing some 5 axis learning.

When i used tool orientation to turn my b axis so that i can hit the side, the result is it mills above the stock, when i did the same thing yesterday it worked, i am kinda lost.., 3 axis works great.

See attached images, one being the fusion cam.

Any help would be appreciated.

I feel like an idiot, i have my y axis flipped, my bad bro.
