Tool on cursor intermittently not working after update

Pressing "Tool on cursor" either results in the tool going from transparent to solid and not moving with cursor, or disappearing depending on where the cursor is or jumping to the origin as shown in the video.
Version: 

2.0.21487
This occurred after updating.

Are you on Mac or PC? If PC, W10 or W11?

Does it do this with all files or just this one?

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

Not really, it's got confidential information in it. I made a demo file, but I haven't been able to get the tool on cursor to not work within it. I have attached it anyway.

What about sharing your Fusion file privately?
File > Export > Save to local folder, and email it to me: seth DOT madore AT autodesk DOT com

It's the same for me.
For all files.
The tool seems to jump from point to point from the workpiece like a point snap.

Win11

 

The tool then often disappears into or behind the workpiece.
