My tool library has gone missing, all of them, and i can not add them again?

I've tried to import it but nothing happens.

I've also tried to re-install F360

I run F360 on Mac

This is what it looks like

Are you using the cloud libraries or were they saved locally?

Hi Patrik,

sorry for the inconvenience. Following the steps from this thread should fix your problem (But please send the $HOME/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/CAM360/configuration/libraries.json file to [email protected] before deleting it) :

Kind regards,

Hi Peter

I followed it step by step but i guess i was mislead somewhere along the route because it didn't help.

I then closed F360, and tried removing the "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/CAM360/"  Folder with the libraries and config and it seemed that did the trick.

Thanks for the help!

Do you guys still want me to email the libraries.json file??

Hi Patrik,

I am glad that you got it resolved! I believe the deletion of the file and the restart of Fusion did the trick.

Yes, please send the libraries.json file aswell as the Fusion360DiagnosticLogs.zip (Question Mark in uppper right corner -> Diagnostic Log Files -> Open File Location) as it will help us preventing this kind of behaviour in the future.

Sorry for the trouble!

Kind regards,

Peter
