When I change the speed and feed in the Tool Library operation (drill cycle) the change doesn't propogate to the operation.  The update tool path pop up doesn't appear.  When I change the speed and feed by editing the tool path it fails to regenerate.  Manual regeneration doesn't do anything.  When I select a different tool from the library it also fails to regen.

It had me stumped for a minute (okay, longer actually), but here's the reason it's not picking up those changes:

In your toolpath itself, you have it set to "Custom" for the Preset. When you go into the Tool Library, you're changing the values in "Default". So, when you go back to the toolpath, it doesn't care that you changed the values in Default, as it's not even using that Preset

@seth.madore Thank you.  Your finding is really odd because I don't use anything but the default.  It gets even wierder.  I created the drill cycle from a template which when I look at the originating file all of the tool paths are set to "custom".  Somehow this must have changed with an update.  After checking several of my older files they too have been corrupted with "custom" instead of default.  I'll bet I'm not the only one who's going to run into this problem.

I think that change extends as far back as the implementation of the Presets. But, thanks for flagging this, I'll be on the lookout for any other reports of this behavior

Same file, on the subseqent operation, when I change from "custom" to default the tool path won't regenerate either.  It appears that my tool settings which are "custom" have become non-editable either in the library or the tool path.

I've done some further testing, I think I may have found the source of the problem.  I will post again with the details and another screen cast in 10 minutes or so.

Further testing: I noticed that after I deleted the tool paths and went into the library, the tool was still listed twice.  I deleted both copies of the tool. Recreated the tool paths from a template still unable to generate a tool path.
