Tool library and Tool Holder library

Is there a tutorial on creating a tool library and a tool holder library?

And is there a way to down load common tools and holders or is this something I would create myself for every tool and holder?

Is there a way to hide all the sample tools?

I am running a router and I only use a dozen tools.  When I select my tools I have to go through all the collapsed sample libraries I never use.

I created a tool holder for the collet and nut on my router.  It ended up in my tool directory but never shows up to be associated with the tools.

Yes, in the tool selection, click on the cloud squares icon, expand the Samples, Vendors, Local and deselect the ones you don't want to see.
