Hi,

Some of my tool libraries are missing. They were visible until yesterday morning, then they just disappeared. Is this a setting that might have got turned off during the update yesterday?

Hi @jesseN84DF,

Was that tool library in the Cloud or locally?

If it was in the cloud take a look at the Teams environment and see if it is visible over there and if not if it is transferred into the trash folder.

All of the libraries were on the cloud. Everything in the cloud is missing, so I assume it is a cloud issue.

Im not certain about what you mean by teams environment.

By trash folder, do you mean on my computer? Since the libraries are missing for all our users ( we have about 15), I don't think it would be in my trash.

If you are on PC, could you navigate to the "M" folder that's contained here:
Windows: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login

The first *** is your PC name, the second *** is the build number. For example, mine looks like this:
C:\Users\SHOP-PC-AMD\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\6K79RA735DLE\W.login

In there, there should be an "M" folder. What's in it?

For macOS: Macintosh HD > Users > *** > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > *** > W.Login.

Someone had deleted their temporary folders, which removed the libraries somehow. Two of our users haven't updated in a while, so he had the libraries still. I was able to export them and reimport them.

That's great news. We do take this issue very seriously and we have one large ticket open to investigate (and hopefully solve) the root cause of this.
