tool is not accepted in Engrave
Hi. Engrave only works with the Engrave/Chamfer Mill tool type. I've made a sample file with a standard Engrave/Chamfer Mill as well as an Engrave/Chamfer Mill that closely mimics your tool. As you can see, the Engrave toolpath makes a very deep cut using your tool. If you want to use your tool, define it as a tapered end mill and find a way to use a 3D surfacing toolpath to machine your features. I've included examples files - I only had time to 3D surface the "S" and "a" but you get the idea.
