Tool holder offset

Hello guys, i am facing confusing problem, which i am trying to solve, but dont know what parameters shiuld i change. I have made hobbyist tool holder for 1500x1500 ULTIMATEBee, but it is offset from point i chose in machine builder.Screenshot 2024-04-25 185224.png

tool should be all the way in till end of tool holder model. the one i made is supposed to be that black hex nut, there is clearence between them, is there a way to make it perfect fit?

I think you have to decide if the toolholder is part of your machine (router style spindle) or part of the tool (mill with changing holders)

If youre running a router like that, I never found there to be a reason to do full machine simulations. As long as your tools are longer then your Zmin, and clearances are set for clamps you will be all good.
