Tips on Roughing/Finishing Spiral Bevel Gear

Hello everyone, been busting my brain on this one, i don't have much spiral bevel gear cam experience and hoping someone can help me out with this one, i have a file attached it is a gear and i need to create some stock for it from it's turned profile and 2nd i have been playing with some finishing strategies to finish the gear tooth profile however i am not sure how to approach the roughing side of things. Ideally i would like to 5x slot rough with an endmill and then switch to a tapered endmill to rough out the root of the tooth, and then come in with a circle segment cutter and finish the profile. This part would be made on a Haas Minimill w/ TRT100 Rotary. DWO and TCPC are available to me.

If anyone has any input on this would greatly be appreciated.
This part is for a demo in a school, this part is not an actual industry part.

Hi

See video and file for how to create a stock body and an approach for roughing with adaptive, you could also use a small highfeed tool with 3D Pocket too in a similar method that should work pretty well
