Not a big deal...

 

The simulation of turning a RH thread away from the chuck, i.e threading in the +Z direction, appears to show a left hand thread.

Yes this is also a problem with Left hand threads cutting away for the chuck they come out as Right handed, the issues appears to be that the stock simulation is rotating the stock the wrong direction through the tool to generate the removed stock shape.

 

@brekmiller is this something your aware of?

I may have been wrong about the left hand thread showing as right handed, the above thread has a right hand thread being turned from the chuck outwards with the tool mounted upside down and the spindle running M04
