Thread mill period mismatch

I tried to set up a thread mill.  I'm using a carmex 0570H14 with a 14E13 UN insert.  My goal is to replicate what the carmex online software gives me for tool path.  It seems like everything is setup right, but my cut threads are off by 1/2 a pitch (not positive haven't measured).  The stop and start position are maybe an issue...

Update:

I had the design space model the threads and then I went and calculated a start depth one thread above my finish depth.  I also made sure that my start was some whole number period of the pitch.  I'm not sure if that matters.

Is there a way that I should think about setting this up in fusion so I don't cut a bunch of wood pieces next time?  I'm still not sure what I did to make this wrong and right.

Thanks!

Not able to download your file, either you have not set the file permissions for download or you don`t have that permission available, are you on the Personal Free version of Fusion maybe ??

To upload your Fusion file got to :-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach to your reply
