Thermwood 3 Axis - Activate and Deactivate Radius Compensation Above the Material

Thermwood 3 axis routers activate and deactivate cutter radius compensation as soon as the G41/42/40 is executed. Because of this it is possible to make the G41/42 call above the material before the entry into the material.  Likewise, it is possible to call the G40 after the retraction above the part.  This is a great feature as it can eliminate or reduce clearance for lead-in moves.

Example:

:

% TOOL CHANGE T86 T86 HOGGER UP-CUT 2FL 3-8DIA 1 1-8CEL CONTOUR iOP: 35
% OP NOTE: Finish Holes ( Leaving FIlm )
M5 (PRE-TOOLCHANGE STOP)
S14000 (SPINDLE SPEED)
T86 M3
G90 G00 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 (RAPID X Y)
G00 Z.25
G41 (Compensation activates instantly using look-ahead trajectory to determine initial XY shift)
G00 Z.1 (Rapid Z motions are okay with compensation active)
G01 Z0. F75.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.125 I-.3295 J0. F450.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.25 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.375 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.5 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.625 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.75 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 Z-.875 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5863 Y-2.7163 Z-.99 I-.3295 J0.
G02 X-2.5455 Y-2.875 I-.2887 J-.1587
G02 X-2.5863 Y-2.7163 I-.3295 J0.
G00 Z.25
G40 (Compensation activates instantly - must be turned off prior to any X, Y or XY rapid motion.)

:

Also because of this capability on the control, lead-in/out moves are not required.  Yet Fusion 360 Manufacture will not let my use "Sideways Compensation" -> "In Control" if I do not specify a Lead-In AND Lead-Out.

I have post processors for other CAD/CAM software that are configured to take advantage of this, but I am unable to find a way to do it with the Fusion 360 post processor.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
