A step file doesnt help us at all. Show us your toolpath or fusion project.
Its probably an issue of retracts or using a rapid instead of a feed.

What is the machine and controller? To me, it looks like some version of a "dog-leg" move that one would typically see in a Haas machine.

 

To prove that it is (or isn't) that issue, we can start by setting the High Feedrate Mode to "Always Use Highfeed"

Now I have found the problem on the CNC machine, the Z axis lubrication is not good, causing the drive motor to malfunction. After lubricating the axis, I opened the original file without any problems. Thanks for everyone's advice.
