A while ago I posted regarding a problem I had with "Get All Latest" was not updating all child components (see below). After trying some of the suggestions, it appears that the problem requires technical support.
I submitted a work ticket (Case 23827673) and received confirmation that the ticket was rec'd and I would get a response in 24 hours. This ticket was submitted on 1/29 and I have not rec'd any response.
I have never submitted a support ticket before and wondering what the best way to connect with tech support?
