tAKISAWA 4000ys POST/PROGRAM ISSUES

I am trying to cut a hex with .25 sides on a takisawa millturn using the takisawa post. I have 4 inches of travel in x and y, but for some reason it will only use the c axis to rotate the part while moving the x or Y. I programmed each side individually so that it will just use the c axis as a rotary and only cut on x, but it refuses to do so. it will cut the first flat using only x, but then all the rest of the flats it simultaniousy uses c and x, which is leaving lines in the part where it rotates c around while cutting. The c axis optimization in the post screen does nothing. Is there was way to get the post to just use c axis as a rotary for milling?

What I know is that you can force XZC mode by turning off the Y axis inside the pp.

We have the exact machine.

Best would be to share your project if possible.
