Tabs or other ways to hold 2 sided machining

Hi, I have a very organic shape that I'm having difficulty holding in order to machine the second side. You can see from the attached file that 2d contours with tabs wont work as the body profile has varying x depths. I've tried multiple trace tool paths but at the end of the day the adaptive and parallel tool paths cutout any tabs. I've tried making tabs that follow the body outline , joining them to the main body but still have issues. This one has me stumped.

You need to include your Tab models in the Setup or the actual toolpath:

Thanks very much. I couldn't see the obvious. Helps to have another pair of eyes.

Cheers
