Any idea on how to sweep complex molding mesh in Fusion 360?

How does someone open your example file with the .rar file extension? 

Where is the file from?

Your question needs to be more specific. I opened the file. 

 

Does the actual Sweep tool have anything to do with your question? You said sweep with a lower case letter so maybe not. But then why did you use the sweep word and not something more general like 'continue'. 

If you do mean the Sweep tool, wouldn't sweeping the molding just make walls with the molding visible on the ends? 

 

Or do you just want the border to completely go around the windows or doors? (Saying continue around has the same meaning in this case.)

Try using Pattern Along Profile. You can choose the object to copy, the path to copy it on, and the number of copies so you can tweak it until it looks good.
