SWARF goes laggy

Hi guys,

I hope someone could help me here.

I wanna run a swarf program but my machine goes laggy like it stops for a split second every time it switches C direction. I even switched off C axis brake (M26) and B axis brake (M71) but still not the result I want.

I am using generic Heidenhain post from Fusion library with the same kinematic Autodesk machine like my AXA ( CB table-head) in Fusion360 .

Thanks in advance!

Can you share the file here, its very hard to diagnose problems without seeing what's going on directly.

From what I can see from that pic you are using swarf somewhat unconventionally which may be part of the problem

To share the file go to File>Export>save as .f3d

then attach in a reply here

Thank for the reply. Attached the file.

I think the problem should be with the post settings...

Hi, yes there is a Post setting that should improve the behavior, i just wanted to make sure the toolpath looked "good" to which it does

smoothing.png

this turns on CYCLE 32 which is the controls smoothing function

30 CYCL DEF 32.0 TOLERANCE
31 CYCL DEF 32.1 T+0.013
32 CYCL DEF 32.2 HSC-MODE:0 TA0.5

Check this out from Heidenhain for more information:
