strange tool paths another example

Here is another part that creates an illogical tool path.   Does anyone know why this type of simple geometry causes fusion to fail to cut completely through the part but if it is a basic square no problem?

It does that because you have [Contact Point Boundary] turned on.  I am not sure why you would want to have it on if using a square endmill.
