Spiral TPath: Any way to get it to generate spirals with concentric circles?

I have Spirals with Circles checked but I can only get spirals:

In the 4th tab is Concentric circles. Check your tolerances to make it complete at the edge. Can also do a 2D contour before the spiral that goes along that outside edge. 

Flat will also make the spiral shape you are after.

That's because your Outer Limit on your 4th tab is set too large. You want to set it equal to your outer radius that you want to machine, minus your stepover. In this case, the value should be 11.325". Result:
