Spindle not working

Hello everyone. First let me tell what I'm working with. I have a genmitso 3020 desktop CNC using candle to operate the machine. That's what was provided with it. Using fusion 360 free 30 day trail as my cad/cam.  I'm trying to create some text and engrave it on some aluminum stock. I'll go through all of the spets to create the work, simulate and it looks ok. Should work. Upload the gcode , send the command to start . The spindle does not come on but it does look like it's moving around as if its engraving, also the spindle does not go down to engrave, it hovers over the stock. What I'm I doing wrong?

Hello and welcome to the Forum, difficult to diagnose without more information, can you upload a sample Fusion file by going to File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach to your next post.

Also a copy of the Post Processor that you are using and if possible a sample of good code from your Operators Manual that can be compared.

How do I add a genmitsu 3020 cnc to the vendor library?

A Machine is not what is needed, can you upload a Fusion file and the Post Processor you are using so the code being output can be checked for the correct commands.
