I am having a hard time with the second side of my part.  I dont call it g55 because i went ahead and zeroed out the second side again.

I start with .75" material.  the part is .5".   Went i did the part set up i placed the model .0625" from the stock surface and ran w/o any trouble.  flip the model over and do all the same tooling but now the stock is .  Fly cutter- adaptive-contour-drill-chamfer.    I am having trouble getting the past the Z zero.  so there is something with heights and cannot figure it out.  i attached the file.  I hope someone can help out, it is  frustrating doing this on your own

If you view your second operation from the Bottom view with the stock visible you will see that the orientation is incorrect. To fix the orientation all you need to do is change the Model orientation under Z height to Offset from bottom (Z-)  and the Offset beneath it to 0.00, then regenerate all of your toolpaths.

I added some pictures,  My set up was as you described.   What isnt happening is cutter touching materials.  I have programmed the superfly cutting in 2 passes.  It comes down +.08 makes a pass at nothing, then second pass skims the surface at zero.   (Worked fine on the top side.)
