Hello,

i would like to know if it is possible to machine the slot corners completely that they match the 3D model without using  small tools(Less than 4mm (0.15748 inches)).

only problem is the part extends in Y+ direction and the endmill would be cutting into the part when it is going around the corner. Is there a way to constrict the tool path only at one end?

Follow up question if i may?

Is There a way to make the surface extend follow the 3D model in a parametric way?

For example if i have a workpiece a diffrent lenght i only presspull in the Y+ direction and the surface extend will follow the model whatever the lenght?
