Here is the file of the problem I was having by trying to show the simulation of the machine model using the swarf feature. Again it was throwing this alarm at me.

Error: Error: Multi-axis sections must already have suitable MachineAxisValues records.

Error at line: 1

Hi @ebwestgerdes

I don't know what to tell you.  I could simulate the swarf toolpath right away once I uploaded the file.

If I make a small change to say the tangential extension in the passes page, I'd get that error depending on how far I push the extensions.

Take a look at this video..... https://autode.sk/3gjGdsG

However, I'm not sure what changes you are making.

lastly, I couldn't replicate it, but I was continuing to get the same error after I reverted all the changes back in the swarf toolpath.  All I did was force a regeneration of the toolpath and simulation was active again.

I can't tell if this is a bug or not.
