Shop sabre 4th axis

I have a shop sabre with a 4th axis rotary. I downloaded the shop sabre post processor,  but it doesnt appear to support 4th axis in either indexing or simultaneous.

While posting, in the properties tab you have option to enable the 4th Axis, You can choose based on your rotary attachment position

Thank you, another issue. I copy from computer but it wont paste in fusion. doesn't give the option?

I also have a sidekick 10 with 4th axis rotary plasma.  I was wondering if you successfully got fusion 360 to write g code to support this attachment?
