I am cutting side one and want to make that a stock model for cutting side two. Is there an easy way to do this?

There aren't any EASY ways, if that's what your asking. If your model isn't too elaborate, I often just duplicate it and add material to it to represent most of what OP2 would be seeing. You cna do this by selecting the Model and simply CTRL+C, CTRL+V.

If your model is quite extensive, you can run the simulation through the first Setup, right click on the screen and "Save Stock". You would need to re-import it, and it's likely going to come in at 25.4 times the size
