Setup Sheet Failed

The following error occurs when trying to create a setup sheet for one particular part. 

Error: Publish setup sheet failed: setup sheet file not created for file. Post-process the NC Program(s) with the Setup Sheet (JSON) cps post to find the root cause.

I tried posting with the JSON post but to be honest it is completely foreign to me and I don't see any direct references to what is wrong.

Does anyone else use the Fusion Manufacturing setup sheets and have any guidance on how to trouble shoot errors with manufacturing setup sheet creation?

I'm getting the same error

Publish setup sheet failed: setup sheet file not created for file 3040. Post-process the NC Program(s) with the Setup Sheet (JSON) cps post to find the root cause.

I can see older setup sheets but my latest 2 designs give the same error.

If I click on Setup and then Setup Sheet I get this failure message
